• Axial Float & Sleeve Bearing in Non-Gearbox Side Trunnion: The non-gearbox side pillow block trunnion has ½ inch of axial float to ease payload integration, increase bearing life, increase stability and reduce friction.

• Finishes: Flotron blue powder coated end frames; Gearbox painted Flotron blue; Nickel plated or stainless steel fasteners, misc. hardware, and components; Standard lubricants.
• Main Beam: Single beam that connects the end frames.
• Gearbox: 600:1 ratio (DR06) or 900:1 (DR09) and 12″ diameter machined aluminum hand crank.
• Trunnion Interface/Mount/Clamp Options:
  • P13 Mounting Plate - 9” x 13”
• Trunnion Bearings: Dual pillow block roller bearings for long bearing life and reduced friction.
• Choice of Interface "B" distance: Distance between interfaces. See dimensional drawing for how angle interface distances are measured if angle interface is chosen.
• Casters: 8" diameter X 3" wide nylon wheels with swivel bearing and brake.
